All meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. at the Highwood Bocce Club on the first Thursday of every month except for January, February, July and August.  The meeting in October is held on the second Thursday due to Highwood Pumpkin Fest conflict.

FEBRUARY 2026 SPECIAL NOTE:   The Administration has completed a revision and modernization of the Society's bylaws.  Copies of the proposed updates were mailed and emailed to all members at the beginning of February, 2026.  We look forward to discussing these revisions together at our May 2026 meeting.  If you didn't receive a copy, please reach out to the Administration by phone or email.  We'll be happy to make sure you have the updated bylaws to review before we meet in May.
